About Axeleos

Axeleos was founded in 2021 in direct response to a recurring problem in the IT services world: plenty of firms, but very few with the rigor, accountability, and follow-through required to actually move the needle for their clients. We set out to change that.

From the beginning, our approach was different. We built Axeleos in the cloud, with a bias for execution, clear communication, and a deep understanding of how technology serves people, not just infrastructure. While we began as a consulting firm specializing in Microsoft Azure and modern cloud architecture, we quickly earned a reputation for disciplined delivery across cybersecurity reviews, compliance audits, IT strategy, and managed services.

As the business grew, so did the complexity of the problems we were solving, particularly in healthcare, where small to mid-sized organizations frequently face steep compliance burdens with limited resources. That led to a deeper focus on privacy, risk management, and HIPAA-aligned security. What started as project-based consulting quickly evolved into something more repeatable, more scalable, and more urgent: an entire platform.

In 2023, Axeleos introduced Sentraeus360, an all-in-one cybersecurity and compliance platform purpose-built for healthcare providers. Designed to close the operational and technical gaps we’d seen firsthand in the field, Sentraeus360 combines real-time breach detection, vendor oversight, compliance automation, and endpoint security into a single platform; no dedicated IT staff required.

Today, Axeleos continues to serve clients across industries with cloud expertise, strategic guidance, and modern security services, but our mission is increasingly clear: to empower healthcare organizations with the tools and insight to protect what matters most: patients.
